ree

We are honored to welcome the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) as a Knowledge Partner of the Forum.

IFPRI is a leading international research center under the CGIAR network, and the only CGIAR center dedicated exclusively to food policy research. For over 50 years, IFPRI has been advancing evidence-based solutions to end hunger and malnutrition, reduce poverty, and foster environmentally sustainable food systems. Working with policymakers, researchers, civil society, the private sector, and development partners, IFPRI has become a trusted source of knowledge and collaboration.

In Myanmar, IFPRI and Michigan State University (MSU) co-lead the flagship Myanmar Agricultural Policy Support Activity (MAPSA), generating real-time data and policy insights for strengthening the resilience of food and agriculture systems.

At the Food Systems Forum 2025, IFPRI will:

🔹 Share key research findings on Myanmar’s food systems during plenary sessions

🔹 Showcase detailed evidence at the Pavilion exhibition

🔹 Join multi-stakeholder dialogues as a knowledge partnerWe look forward to IFPRI’s contributions in grounding the Forum’s discussions with cutting-edge evidence and ensuring actionable pathways for resilience and transformation.

Stay tuned as we continue to highlight the vital role of our partners.
